- All live animals must be shipped with Overnight shipping, buyer is to pay for the overnight
shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Live arrival guarantee as long as you are there to sign for the package and the
in route and destination temperature, day or night does not fall below 35 degrees or over 90 degrees. It is up to the customer
to inform us of extreme conditions. During cold weather heat packs will be added at NO Additional cost to you. We ship all
reptiles in an insulated box with as many heatpacks needed at no extra charge to the customer. We are not responsible for
carrier errors. We ship using Fedex Overnight Priority. If you insist on using USPS Overnight all guarantees are void. Use
USPS Overnight at your own risk.
- All DoA's must be reported within 4 hours of receiving the animal and you must
keep the DoA untill proof has been given. If there is a problem with the animal you must report to us on the same day of delivery.
If you do not report to us a problem on the first day, then we will assume that you are satisfied with your purchase. We will
not issue a credit if you do not report to us immediately on the day of delivery that there is a problem. In the rare event
that there is a problem with your reptile, then we will work with you on a case by case basis. If we feel that you are not
trying to take advantage of us then a credit will be issued and it will be applied to your next order. No returns on live
animals.
- Shipping is not refundable.
- Will only ship to lower 48 states.
- We always recommend that you
take all animals whether wild caught or captive bred to a veterinarian. We do NOT pay for visits to your veterinarian for
any reason....we only pay for visits to our own veterinarian. Again, if there is a problem, you must contact us on the day
of delivery and we will work with you.
- All animals shipped are feeding great and exhibit no signs of illness. We
do not guarantee that the animal will have no parasites as we do not test each and every animal we get. Animals that are
WC (wild caught) may have minor flaws and is considered normal to have a scratch, or broken toe nail and not a reason for
a refund or credit.
- No sales to anyone under the age of 18 years old.
- By purchasing an animal, (on website
or any classified ad) you agree that you have read and agree to these terms.
